How do I get in touch?

What is your return policy?
We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. That’s why our products can be returned within 14 days for exchange or refund. The customer is responsible for shipping returns, meaning all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense. The original shipping fee will not be credited back in the case of a return. We cannot return goods from third party sellers or pop-ups. Please email us (hello@onewednesdayshop.com) to facilitate a return.
What is your shipping policy?
We dispatch your order within 72 hours of receiving your order, at which time you will receive your tracking number for your order. Shipping in Canada is 3-5 business days while shipping international is 5-10 business days. You are able to choose your preferred shipping at check out. Orders over $150 will receive free shipping.
What are the Throws & Robes made of?
Our Robes and Throws are handmade in small batches in Turkey using 100% Oeko-Tex certified cotton. This environmentally-friendly, durable Turkish cotton gets even better over time, becoming softer and smoother for you and your babe.
Where are your products made?
- Our textiles are made by artisans in their small ateliers in settlements in Turkey where weaving is the main source of income.
- Our candles are cruelty-free, gluten-free, paraben-free, paraffin-free, phthalate-free, silicone-free, sulfate-free and vegan and made in Vancouver using female producers.
How do I decide which Robe size to order?
We recommend sizing up to account for a looser, comfier fit and some wash shrinkage. You can see care instructions below. Please email us hello@onewednesdayshop.com if you want to do a size consult.
How do I care for my robe?
The Waffle Knit Robes are 100% Turkish Cotton and pre-washed to prevent shrinkage. However, the Waffle fabric can shrink slightly in the wash but will stretch back out when worn. The Robe can be washed in warm water at a maximum of 30°C on a delicate cycle. Avoid fabric softeners because they contain silicon that will make the robes water repellent. We recommend hanging your robe to dry to avoid shrinkage and pulls. Please do not dry clean or bleach. Regular ironing, steam or dry, may be performed at medium setting.
How do I care for my towels?
